Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging options?

Yes, we do. Many of our products come in premium devotional packaging, and we also offer gift-ready options for temple offerings, housewarming, wedding gifting, and festive occasions. For special requests, you can contact our support team.

Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

No, COD is not available right now. However, COD will soon be available on eligible orders across most serviceable pincodes.

What payment methods does Saamagree accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

Can I replace an item?

Yes. You can request a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing proof where applicable.

How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within:

  • 2–5 working days in Metro cities
  • 4–7 working days for other locations

Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Yes, Saamagree products are made using natural, authentic, and satvik ingredients, sourced responsibly and handled with care. Many products undergo quality checks to ensure purity, ritual authenticity, and safe usage.
