At Saamagree, we create sacred, eco-friendly, and satvik devotional essentials with utmost care. Customer trust means everything to us, and we do our best to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfying.

Because our products belong to the spiritual, personal-use, and ritual category, special care standards apply.

This policy explains how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds work at Saamagree.


Return & Replacement Policy

We currently support Returns / Replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • The item is defective or missing components

Return / Replacement Request Window

Requests must be raised within:
48 hours of delivery

Mandatory Requirement

To process your request smoothly, please provide:

  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video (if available – highly recommended)
  • Order ID

Requests may be declined if sufficient proof is not provided.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, ritual sanctity, and safety reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or wrongly delivered:

  • Sindoor / Kumkum / Tilak powders
  • Chandan products
  • Dhoop sticks / Incense / Sambrani cups
  • Oils / Camphor / Fragrance items
  • Opened or used religious items
  • Pooja kits (once sealed pack is opened)
  • Custom or festival-specific packs
  • Items purchased during sale or special discount

Once used during pooja or ritual, items cannot be returned for spiritual hygiene reasons.


Replacement or Refund — What Will I Get?

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Replace the product
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund (if applicable)

Final discretion lies with Saamagree after inspection.


Product Delivery Timelines

  • 2–5 working days for Metro cities
  • 4–7 working days for other locations

Unforeseen delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or festive order volumes.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

Saamagree reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.


Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days
  • Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider

Refund Method:

  • UPI / Wallet / Card / Net banking → Refunded to the original payment source
  • COD orders → Refunded via bank/UPI after details are shared

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • We usually arrange a pickup
  • If pickup is unavailable, we may request self-shipping and reimburse reasonable courier charges

International Orders

We primarily ship within India.

International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. For special export requests, please contact us directly.


Product Authenticity & Safety

All Saamagree products are prepared and packed with care using pure, satvik, eco-friendly, and devotional-safe ingredients.

Natural variations in fragrance, texture, or colour may occur and are not considered defects.
